1. THE CHALLENGE

Biovision Veterinary Endoscopy, a leader in creating minimally invasive and diagnostic solutions, sought ways to continue pushing the envelope in innovation when it came to showcasing products and procedures. There was a desire to demonstrate specific surgical procedures using Biovision equipment, while speeding up the learning curve and allowing for greater retention of knowledge.

2. THE OBJECTIVE

Create a customized, fully interactive surgical simulation highlighting two procedures: The Ovariectomy and Ovariohysterectomy, as well as an entry-level user orientation module showcasing how to properly prep and assemble Biovision instruments and equipment.

3. THE VISION

Train and educate users with step-by-step training modules, featuring easy to follow audio and visual cues for each task. Increase user performance with a heavy emphasis on precision, accuracy and highly detailed animations.

4. THE EXPERIENCE

Unlike anything currently on the market, this experience features revolutionary interface allowing users manipulate a laparoscopic camera inside a patient in real time while fully immersed in the virtual environment. Users can now hone their skills at any time and from any location, minimizing the need for live animals during training.
