1. THE CHALLENGE

Milestone Systems, the #1 VMS provider in the world, was in need of new ways to engage attendees and leave a lasting impression at their annual MIPS convention. The tech forward theme required a fresh, innovative, forward-thinking approach, one that would “Make the World See the Future” by exemplifying new and progressive ways in which video can be utilized.

2. THE OBJECTIVE

Deliver a revolutionary live event experience, one that would not only create a buzz throughout the video security industry but also enable attendees to deeply connect with the company’s core values and beliefs.

3. THE VISION

Jiva was enlisted to create an immersive marketing video/lifestyle piece showcasing company headquarters and its roots in Denmark. This video would be delivered at the trade show on Jiva’s customized all-in-one VR headsets, which featured Milestone branding and packaging in addition to a unique software solution enabling users to enjoy content at the click of a button.

4. THE EXPERIENCE

The end result of Milestone’s groundbreaking tradeshow was at the time one of the largest shared VR experiences in history. Roughly 700 attendees simultaneously walked the beaches of Mons Klint, toured Milestone facilities, and soaked in the beauty of Copenhagen, all from a symposium in San Antonio, Texas. This unforgettable trade show experience left a strong impression of not only where the company has been, but more importantly where it is headed.
